AMON Gaming provides a platform for purchasing digital in-app purchase items and game credits including but not limited to: game currency (UC, VP, Gems, Diamonds), gift cards, and other digital gaming products. All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Amon Credits
Amon Credits are a digital currency used exclusively on our platform to purchase in-app game items. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of our platform. Credit prices are determined by real-time exchange rates and market conditions.
4. Payment & Pricing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your region and may fluctuate based on real-time exchange rates. All sales are final upon delivery of the digital product.
5. Digital Delivery
All products are digital in-app purchase items delivered instantly via automated systems or through our WhatsApp support channel. There is no physical shipping involved. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of payment confirmation.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: using the platform for fraudulent purposes, attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, reselling purchased items for commercial purposes without authorization, providing false information during transactions, and any activity that violates applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
AMON Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party game platforms or their policies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
